GTA AM Tour - Event Date Changes (Coppinwood GC and Black Bear Ridge GC) and Trillium Wood GC Event Cancellation

We hope this email finds each of you, and those close to you, well and thoroughly enjoying the 2025 Masters..!

Given the challenges presented by the weather this Spring, Coppinwood GC has moved its scheduled opening (for its members) to May 5, 2025 (which was the Tour’s event date at Coppinwood GC). However, and on the VERY good news-front, Coppinwood GC has generously offered to move the GTA AM Tour Tournament event date from May 5^th to May 12^th.

All players registered to play in the TaylorMade Classic at Coppinwood Tournament on May 5^th will be moved to the Tournament on May 12^th. If you are now unable to join us for this date, please let Liz (liz@gtaamtour.com) and Peter (peter@gtaamtour.com) know by this coming Tuesday at 5pm. Players withdrawing will be provided with a refund of the already paid non-refundable deposit. For those registered still registered, credit cards will be charged the balance of the event fee on Tuesday after 6pm.

The events at Trillium Wood GC and Black Bear Ridge GC were originally scheduled to take place on Monday May 12^th and Tuesday May 13^th (respectively). The Tournament at Black Bear Ridge has been rescheduled for Monday May 5, 2025. Unfortunately, and despite a very valiant effort on their part, Trillium Wood GC is unable to host a GTA AM Tour Tournament.

All players registered to play in the Sundog Open Tournament at Black Bear Ridge on May 13^th, will be moved to the new Tournament date of May 5^th. If you are now unable to join us for this date, please let Liz (liz@gtaamtour.com) and Peter (peter@gtaamtour.com) know by this coming Tuesday at 5pm. Players withdrawing will be provided with a refund of the already paid non-refundable deposit. For those registered still registered, credit cards will be charged the balance of the event fee on Tuesday after 6pm.

All players who are registered for the Blue Tees Challenge Tournament at Trillium Wood GC will be provided with a refund of their non-refundable deposit.

We would like to thank the Teams at Coppinwood GC and Black Bear Ridge GC for offering to reschedule the event. We would also like to thank the Team at Trillium Wood GC for working very hard to find a way to make it work for this year. We look forward to returning to your Club in 2026..!
