Colorado adopts zero-emission vehicle standard
In an 8-1 decision, Colorado’s Air Quality Control Commission has voted to adopt a zero-emission vehicle (ZEV) standard. The new standard requires automakers to sell more than 5% ZEVs by 2023 and more than 6% ZEVs by 2025.
