Daimler, air board launch electric truck test at southern California ports
Just weeks after pledging to launch a lineup of electric trucks by 2021, Daimler Trucks North America said it would begin testing 20 fully electric heavy- and medium-duty Freightliner models at the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach this year. Full story

Mercedes-Benz reveals fuel cell Sprinter
Mercedes-Benz has revealed a new hydrogen fuel cell concept based on the all-new Sprinter van. The Sprinter F-CELL is based on a Sprinter chassis cab, fitted with a camper van body, though the technology could be deployed in any of the van's chassis and body options. Full story

Agility Fuel Solutions, a global provider of clean fuel solutions for medium- and heavy-duty commercial vehicles, is now certified to be compliant with the ISO 14001:2015 standard at its manufacturing facilities in Salisbury, North Carolina, and Raufoss, Norway. Full story

Environmental and economic benefits of propane vehicles showcased at Chicago area event
The Chicago Area Clean Cities Coalition, along with the Propane Education & Research Council, is inviting fleet managers, vehicle providers, and equipment manufacturers to attend a clean-vehicle seminar and propane vehicle ride-and-drive on Thursday, Aug. 2, 2018, from 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m., at the Sagawau Environmental Learning Center in Lemont, Illinois.
