Board Welcomes Bonte
The GTA is pleased to welcome Brock Bonte to the Board. Brock is the Operations Manager at Jentay where he focuses on process control, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. Brock graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University and bring enthusiasm about growing Gorge businesses and supporting STEM education to the Board.

Based on feedback from the last event, this meeting will be split into two, shorter events with ample time for discussion and networking. This meeting will cover through Part 2.

GTA Board Elections
The GTA's regular elections will be held in the last week of April. GTA will reach out to a single representative from each member and sponsor with a link to vote on behalf of their organization.

Any member or sponsor who has been a member or sponsor of GTA for at least one year are eligible to apply. GTA members in all fields (including marketing, design, and remote workers) are encouraged to apply, as are women, minorities, and others traditionally underrepresented in STEM fields.

To be included on the Ballot, please complete this brief application by 5PM on Friday, April 23rd.

The GTA board currently meets on the third Wednesday of each month from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. The meetings are virtual for the foreseeable future. Contact Alice with any questions.
GTA Seeks Strategic Plan Assistance
The GTA has released an RFP for assistance developing the Alliance's Strategic Plan forIf you are interested in participating in the GTA's Strategic Plan process, please reach out to Alice. Proposals should be postmarked no later than Wednesday, April 14, 2021.
