We are excited to announce the promotion of Mandi Meador to Chief Executive Officer!
Mandi has been a valued member of our leadership team for several years serving as Chief Operating Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer. Her lengthy tenure, extensive experience, and dedication to our Association, will help us to continue to pursue the goals and objectives of the Board of Directors to provide value and effective solutions for our members.
Mandi joined GTAR nearly 10 years ago as Association Administrator and has advanced through progressively more responsible positions including Association Manager, Chief Operating Officer, and Interim Chief Executive Officer. This year she was awarded the Circle of Excellence Award at the 2021 Awards Banquet in recognition of her dedication and leadership to our Association.
When Mandi is not at the office, she loves spending time with her husband, Tim, and her daughter, Madison. She enjoys lake life and golfing.

What Does the Access Valid Date Mean?
The current valid date and time showing on your application, indicates the date and time when your Bluetooth credentials expire. Valid credentials allow you to use the app in areas of low cellular coverage until the indicated date.
Your Bluetooth credentials automatically updates whenever you are connected to a data source/Wi-Fi for 24 hours.
To renew your credentials, simply open the app on Wifi or in good cellular coverage and confirm the valid through date displayed in green on the app shows the appropriate 24 hours timeframe.

The National Association of REALTORS® has issued an alert warning members about fraudulent emails circulating that refer to a compensation program. The email claims the recipient has been selected and qualified for a federal compensation program. The fraudulent email will be from:

Section 2 – Listing Procedures
All exclusive right-to-lease listings and exclusive agency for lease listings located within the territorial jurisdiction of MLS Tech taken by a Participant on all residential leases shall be filed with the MLS within one (1) business day after the effective date of the listing unless the monthly rent is less than $750.00. If the listing agreement indicates that the house is to be for sale and for lease the property shall be listed in the Residential tab and the Residential Lease tab unless other exceptions are met.
