Greetings to all GTO Members from GTO in Bangladesh.

GTO Members may or may not be aware of the fact we have been confronted with a difficult situation in Bangladesh.

Due to recent Student & Political movements in our country. we must announce the fact the Government of Bangladesh has previously declared a nationwide curfew. In doing so, the government also initially seized all kinds of International communication capabilities ( Email, Internet, WiFi, Broadband , etc. ).

In addition, the government has also shut down all private, and public Institutions, business offices and other entities. Export / Import activities through ports and airports has also been suspended from 18/07/2024 but there are signs it is gradually being adjusted to allow operations to resume.

Some activities are resuming with limited restrictions ( 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM) but curfews are still in force on the usual basis.

We wish to apologize to our GTO partners with whom we could not communicate during early parts of this situation.

Hopefully this situation shall improve in the coming days to allow our company to resume providing professional services as usual.
