The Journey Continues: Every Finish Is a New Starting Block
As another incredible swim season comes to a close, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to every athlete, parent, coach, volunteer, and supporter who made this year so memorable. This season was about far more than times and medals—it was about growth, perseverance, teamwork, resilience, and discovering what is possible through consistent effort.
From our newest swimmers to our veteran athletes, we watched confidence grow, goals achieved, friendships formed, and countless personal victories celebrated. Every practice, every race, and every challenge helped shape stronger swimmers and even stronger young people.
To our graduating athletes and those beginning new adventures, thank you for the leadership, dedication, and example you have set. Your impact on our team will continue to inspire those who follow.
As we look toward the upcoming season, you will notice several exciting enhancements throughout our program. We are continually evaluating how we can provide the best possible experience for our athletes and families while creating even greater opportunities for learning, development, and success.
We are building something special at GTS, and we genuinely believe our brightest season is still ahead of us. Together, we will continue to raise the standard, celebrate every athlete's journey, and create an environment where hard work, character, and a love for the sport can flourish.
Thank you for trusting us to be part of your family's swimming journey. Have a wonderful offseason, enjoy time with family and friends, and return refreshed and ready for an exciting year ahead.
The future is bright. Our best is yet to come.
GO, GTS!

New Season. New Platform. Same GTS Commitment.
As GTS continues to grow, so do the tools that support our athletes, families, and coaches.
For many years, TeamUnify has been our home for team communication, meet registration, news, and athlete management. As the platform has evolved under new ownership, we took the opportunity to evaluate the best long-term solution for our club.
After extensive research and planning, we are excited to announce that GTS will be transitioning to Commit Swimming for the 2026–2027 season.
This move allows us to better support our families and coaching staff with a platform built specifically for competitive swimming, offering:
- Improved team communication and real-time updates
- Simplified meet registration and entry management
- Centralized practice schedules and team calendars
- Workout planning, storage, and athlete progress tracking
- A faster, more intuitive experience for athletes, parents, and coaches
While any transition comes with a brief learning curve, we are confident this change will create a stronger experience for our entire GTS community. Our coaching staff will provide step-by-step guidance and resources throughout the transition to make the process as seamless as possible.

To ensure a smooth transition, our TeamUnify website will remain available through August 17, 2026. After that date, all team communication, registration, meet management, and program information will be managed through our new Commit Swimming platform.
Thank you for your patience and support as we make this exciting transition. We look forward to providing an even better experience for our GTS families!

Yes, It’s Summer… HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE!
With warmer days and more time in the water, your body needs plenty of hydration to stay energized for school, practice, and everything in between. Keep sipping, refill your bottle, and make hydration a daily habit!
Your body—and your swim strokes—will thank you.

Volunteers Make Swim Meets Possible
Swim meets rely on volunteers to help everything run smoothly. Roles may include timing, security, officiating, and hospitality, with timers being the most common and essential role for team families.
At every USA Swimming meet, participating teams are required to provide volunteer timers. If GTS is assigned timing responsibilities, volunteer timing assignments will be shared with families prior to the meet.
If you are new to timing or would like a refresher, please review the link below to learn what to expect.
For families who would like to become even more involved in the sport, we also encourage you to explore the information below on how to become a USA Swimming official. Your support helps create a positive and successful meet experience for all swimmers!
Thank You!

Swimmers are subject to testing by FINA (the international federation for aquatic sports), the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA), and the International Olympic Committee (IOC). FINA frequently partners with the International Testing Agency (ITA) to carry out these tests.
This is particularly important as our athletes compete on larger stages nationwide, and it underscores our commitment to fair play and athlete integrity. Thank you for your understanding and support!

As our team continues to grow, we want to reinforce our one key rule: there is zero tolerance for negative behavior at GTS. This includes skipping swim practice and not cleaning up after oneself in the locker room.
As members of GTS, all athletes and families are expected to uphold the following principles:
RESPECT Yourself
RESPECT Coaches
RESPECT Teammates
RESPECT Equipment
By embracing these values, we can strengthen our team and create an unbreakable bond. Thank you for your cooperation!
