How it Works

How to Win

Objective:

Visit as many participating showrooms as possible and digitally log your visits!

How to play:

(no registration needed) Visit participating showrooms any day during their regular business hours. When you enter the showroom, you'll see a poster welcoming Great Vendor Adventurers (you!) - scan the QR code on the Welcome Poster then fill out the Google form to log your visit.

Showroom Password:

Each showroom has a PASSWORD and a specific "Featured Product". Ask a showroom staff to see the featured product, and you MUST request your password from a showroom staff member. You will need to include the PASSWORD on your digital log form to get credit for your visit.

THE MORE SHOWROOMS YOU VISIT - THE MORE YOU CAN WIN

GRAND PRIZE:

Visit 20+ showrooms to be entered into the drawing for a weekend retreat for two; there is ONE grand prize winner.

Value: approximately $2,000

SECOND PLACE PRIZE:

Visit 15+ showrooms to be entered into the drawing for an Alaska Airlines Gift Certificate; there is ONE second prize winner.

Value: $500

THIRD PLACE PRIZES:

Visit 10+ showrooms to be entered into the drawings for Local PNW Gift Baskets; there will be THREE third place winners.

Value: approximately $150

FIRST, SECOND & THIRD Place winners will be drawn from the eligible pools after the GVA closes and announced at the

NKBA October Meeting.

Winners from individual showroom raffles will be drawn from eligible pools after the GVA end date of October 12 and notified via email.

When can I start logging visits?  

Any time after September 13 thru October 13

How are winners chosen? 

Winners for Grand, Second & Third Place prizes are drawn from the pool of designers who met the minimum showroom log criteria. Designers who met the minimum for Grand Prize but didn’t win the drawing will be entered into the drawing for Second Prize and etc.

Winners for a showroom’s individual raffle drawing(s) will be drawn from the pool of designers who visited that showroom. There is no minimum number of showroom visits required to be eligible for a showroom’s raffle drawing. (i.e., You can visit one showroom during the GVA and be eligible to win their raffle.)

Do I need a printed Passport book? 

No, you can find out who's participating on the GVA Website or by downloading a PDF of the Passport book. 

* The printed/bound Passport Book is for your pure enjoyment and as personal memorabilia.  All the validated GVA participation visits eligible for prizes are logged and kept digitally via the log form.

How do I get a printed Passport book?

Visit a participating showroom and request one from the showroom staff or email for a passport!
