High School Basketball

All registrants for GVBL HS Boys are invited to an open gym session on Monday, Dec. 4th at Great Valley Middle School. Grades 9 & 10 are 6-7:30PM and Grades 11 & 12 are 7:30-9PM.

Attendance at Open Gym is not required. It gives the players a chance to play some pick-up games and gives the League Coordinator an idea of the overall skillset.

Our goal is to have the first GVBL HS games on Friday, Dec. 8th.

Please keep an eye on the website and especially the GVBL app for rosters and schedules.

It is safe to say that Week 3 did not disappoint! Many close games this past weekend. In the Boys 5/6 division, the Raptors clinched the win over the Hornets with a 2 point lead. The Nets also secured a tight game against the Pistons, 38-36. Our Girls 3/4 division Bulldogs also played an exciting game, winning 26-24 in the final minutes of the game! Our Boys and Girls 1/2 divisions are also showing off their new skills with some layups and scores getting up into the twenties! We can't wait to see what new plays they have in store for next week.

We are eagerly awaiting the beginning of our High School Boys division to see what they have to offer this year. Our boys division is usually very competitive but also very comedic for everyone involved. Also, since all the younger kids got their chance to experience the new facility, it is now time for the big kids to make their debut. Make sure to check in every week to see our top scorers and our team rankings!
