The GVCO Caring Hands Foundation is perpetually looking for students in grades 7-12 who are interested in helping the community:
Our GVCO Caring Hands Foundation received a $6000 donation...a truck load of kids hand sanitizer, lip balm and masks. The generous donation was courtesy of PALM Sellers, a local liquidator. GVCO Caring Hands will work with some local charities to distribute these to families in need in the region.
GVCO Caring Hands assisted Senator Comitta’s Shredding Event at Burke Park in Malvern.
Individuals safely disposed of confidential and sensitive documents which were shredded onsite. The shredded paper will be recycled later.
Donations were also accepted for Chester County Food Banks. The incredible turnout resulted in three carfulls of food for local families.

What I try to tell young people is that if you come together with a mission, and its grounded with love and a sense of community, you can make the impossible possible.

This school year brought with it many challenges. Students should be looking to finish this school year as strong as possible while any academic deficiencies need to be addressed to ensure future success.
This summer presents an opportunity for students of all ages to catch up on any school subjects they have fallen behind on, especially in cumulative courses like math, where each prior year builds on the last. Whether your student needs to catch up on course content, or get a head start on preparing for the SAT/ACT, contact us to set up a call to discuss their academic situation and what Ivy Experience can do to support them.

Richard E. Schoeninger
I am a lifelong resident of Chester County and would not live anywhere else. My two children, Allison and Drew, went through the Great Valley School system from 1 - 12th grade. My wife, Danielle, was the Director of Special Education for the school district and now is the Co Director of Human Resources at the CCIU. My son played in the GVCO basketball league and I coached his team. It was a great experience for him and me as well.
I was an avid tennis player, but in recent years have gravitated to Pickleball as my sport of choice. I became involved with GVCO through Pickleball. I enjoyed helping new players learn how to play the game and watching new players become avid participants. When we started out, we had about 25 players. Since then, we have over had 200 players who have come to the old GVCO gym to pick up the game. It was great to see the success of a new program and to join a group of people who managed the growth and administration of the sport in our facility.
I also wanted to contribute monetarily to help build a new facility for not just Pickleball, but all the activities the GVCO offers. The community desperately needs this organization to help our community. GVCO is coming close to opening this facility, but still needs contributions.
