Voting and Election Information

If you have not voted yet, check out our website for voting information, candidate endorsements, and recommendations on propositions.

Have you heard? Pima County Voters can now sign up to receive email or text alerts to track their Early Ballots!

The Pima County Recorder's Office can now send you an email and/or text alert to let you know when your ballot:

  • is mailed
  • received at our Ballot Processing Center
  • signature verified
  • turned over to the Elections Department for tabulation
  • or alert you if we have a question about your ballot affidavit

If you are on the Active Early Voting List and automatically got a ballot mailed to you, you can still sign up to receive ballot notifications. If you do, you will not receive the initial text and email showing a ballot has been mailed, but you will receive future notifications about your ballot's progress.

My team and I are so proud to fulfill yet another campaign promise! The voters have asked and we've been working hard to deliver! Please help us spread the word.

Thank you for your continued support and all that you do, both big and small, in whatever way you can, to help our community participate in our Democracy.

In community,

Gabriella Cázares-Kelly

Pima County Recorder

Democracy Needs You!

Headquarters

Headquarters will be closed Friday, November 11 in observance of Veteran’s Day and Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving.

On November 21 the Headquarters will return to only Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10 am - 2 pm hours. “Thank you” to the eleven who volunteered to staff the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays in preparation for the mid-term election. July - November. Twenty-three volunteers worked various shifts!

WE HELP

With holidays approaching and food bank shelves needing to be filled, we will extend the collection of non-perishable food items and household paper and plastic products through December 2nd for the Sahuarita Food Bank. They report a particular need for canned vegetables.

Bring your donations to the headquarters Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Let’s fill the little red wagon several times!

The Library book shelves are bulging! We will soon pull some books for giveaway. In the meantime, due to lack of interest in them, all the DVDs are ready for a new home. They are FREE — come in and pick up any that interest you.

It is never too early to shop for stocking stuffers. Stop by and see what we have for $1 - $5

Happy Thanksgiving!
