The Nonprofit Support Center offers trainings and resources to help boards and staff members do their jobs well.  We focus on practical programs, believe in the power of peers learning together, and engage high-quality presenters in order to foster  a strong network of nonprofits in our region.

Daniel Ha Memorial Scholarship Fund 

Daniel's family and friends created this scholarship to honor his shining spirit, compassion and love of learning.  It is awarded to students from South High Community School, where Daniel was a scholar, athlete, musician and leader.

GWCF offers many college scholarships, ranging in size from $300 to $5,000. Students may apply online now through March 7.

Planned Giving Design Center

The Planned Giving Design Center is a  powerful and interactive resource for advisors to keep up-to-date on the latest financial and tax news. The PGDC provides a large body of content on the subject of charitable gifts and tools for advisors to assist their clients with their philanthropic planning.  Convenient access provided to you by GWCF, your partner in philanthropy.

GWCF can help turn your individual retirement accounts (IRAs) into tax-saving charitable gifts. Extended tax benefits allow more people to experience the joy of giving during their lifetimes. 

Thanks to the new legislation, American seniors can make the gift of a lifetime by giving their IRAs to charity without federal tax penalty.

New Grant Deadlines

We present new granting guidelines, reflecting our vision for a healthy and vibrant community for children, families, youth and our diverse workforce. The greatest change is that our Community Grant program now has only one deadline: September 15.
