On behalf of the board and staff, it is our hope that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy. Regardless of your connection to GYAC, whether you are a donor, volunteer or advocate, we are all in this together, and you are all in our thoughts.
These are trying times, but we must not lose focus on our mission to provide much needed structure and academic support to our student's and their families. We must remain steadfast and resilient, so that we can continue providing these invaluable resources for our community.
Due to the governor's latest stay-at-home mandate, staff will be working from home through May 1.
Although our programs and activities are temporarily suspended, we remain committed to the well-being of our students and the community.
Therefore, GYAC is preparing to execute a plan to provide supplemental academic and mental health support to children and families during these difficult times. GYAC's teachers have reached out to the parent's of their students, and soon students will be able to call in and receive assistance with their academic assignments.
We will continue to find ways to assist where we can and adjust our path as needed. For the latest updates regarding COVID-19's impacts on GYAC, visit our

If you need to reach us for any reason, please don't hesitate to call or email and we will be in touch as soon as possible
.
Stay well,
Angelia Perry
