Then come meet scientists and engineers from local companies and learn about how they traversed their career paths to get to where they are now! This is a great networking opportunity for juniors and seniors especially, but all are welcome!

DHS Financial Aid Night-Mainly for Seniors

DHS in partnership with Las Positas will be hosting a Financial Aid Night on December 4th between 5:30-7:30pm. We will be going over financial aid, scholarships, grants and student loans. There will also be hands-on assistance to help you complete the FAFSA/CA Dream Act Application.

DHS Speech & Debate Club

New and returning members are invited to participate in the upcoming John Lewis SVUDL Invitational Tournament. Tournament Details are as below:

John Lewis SVUDL Invitational

Tournament Dates : Nov 22 to Nov 24, 2024

Tournament Location : Online, NSDA Campus (for Parli Event)

School Registration Deadline : 5 pm, Nov 11, 2024

Tournament Fees for Parli : $44 per student, plus applicable school fees and credit card processing fees

Five DHS Teams participated in the GGSA Debate 2 Parli Congress Tournament held on Nov 2, 2024 at San Ramon Valley High School. This was the first tournament for our Novice Students and they had a great experience debating, watching other teams and experiencing the energy of large tournaments.
