Greetings!

Thank you for agreeing to serve as a pacer at the runDisney Springtime Surprise 10 Miler in Orlando, Florida, on Sunday, April 16th.

If you have any questions or encounter an emergency, you can reach me at 904-415-3097.

Pacer Booth Shifts

This team was put together specifically with Required Pacer Booth Presence in Mind. If you cannot spend at least one shift in the pacer booth, please contact me before you register.

Please sign up to work a shift or two in the pacer booth. You can use the link below to access the signup sheet. If the only times you are available are already taken, you can still hang out in the booth. We can use the extra help answering questions.

Pacing Assignments

I will try to find out where everyone is placed by bib number before the expo opens and acquire stickers to move pacers as needed into their proper starting groups. It is more important than ever that ALL PACERS MUST BE ON TIME RACE MORNING in case I need to add a sticker to someone's bib. Being late on race morning may impact future pacing offers.

Please note that these assignments are not transferable. If you cannot pace the time you have been assigned, you must contact Chris Twiggs immediately at 904-415-3097. It is okay to recommend someone to take your place, but swapping assignments without consulting Chris first may result in you being removed from future pacing consideration.

Registration

Below is a link to register for free. Please do not share this link with anyone else. If you are already registered, DO NOT REGISTER AGAIN. Instead, reply to this message letting me know you are already registered and need a refund.

If you are already registered and do not want a refund, please let me know that as well, as this could allow us to add additional pacers.

Please input your fastest eligible proof of time to assure you are assigned to the fastest starting group possible. This will reduce the number of changes I need to process race weekend.

If you cannot spend time in the pacer booth, please do not register. I will search for another pacer who can both fulfill the pacing assignment and work the booth. If and only if I can't make that happen, I will consider allotting pacer spots to pacers who need a one time exemption from booth duty.

Thank You

Once again, thank you for volunteering to be such an important part of this event. Not only could we not do this without you, but thousands of runners and walkers would not be able to achieve their dreams without you.

- Chris
