Donations Needed for Game Night 2022

Hillcrest community,

Your donations are needed to help make Hillcrest Game Night 2022 (November 4^th) a success. Donations power the event’s Raffle and Silent Auction—with 100% of the proceeds going directly to Hillcrest!

Please submit your donations via this online form by October 14. The planning committee will follow-up with you directly to finalize.

Help us top our record fundraising year of $17,000! There are several ways you can donate.

Donate an item for the silent auction and/or raffle:

• Donate experiences, such as tickets to a sporting and music event, rounds of golf, restaurant certificates.
• Share skills and services, such as interior design, landscaping, health and wellness, while boosting awareness of your business or a local establishment.
• Provide a keynote item—timeshares and vacation homes are a great way to start a bidding frenzy!
• Host (or co-host) an event with a local brewery tour, wine tasting, or backyard movie night. Need a co-host or willing to support another family? Let us know your interest in the form and we’ll connect you with another Hound Dog parent.
• Teacher experiences are always a hit! Donate your experience now or watch for a special teacher communication with more details.
• Submit all donations here

Support our raffle baskets

• Purchase item from our Amazon Wish List here. Items will ship to school and be included in raffle baskets at Game Night.
• Sponsor a raffle basket and get branding for your company. Submit your interest and a committee member will be in touch to discuss sponsorship levels and branding opportunities.

• Make a cash donation online here. If you prefer, checks payable to Hillcrest PTA may be delivered to the school office with Attention: Hillcrest Game Night

Thanks in advance for your support! 100% of proceeds directly fund Hillcrest PTA programs, including Partners in Art, field trips, school-wide assemblies, the purchase of classroom technology, and much, much more! These additional programs enhance the student experience beyond the district funding and help make Hillcrest such a fantastic experience for our kids.
