Voting Location Changes for Tuesday
Your Polling Place for the KCMO June 2 Election May Have Changed!

If you are a KCMO voter, please be aware that due to COVID-19, many voting locations are changing, to allow the use of larger spaces and spread people out. It is very important you "Check Your Voter Status" on the KC Election Board website to see where to go on Tuesday, June 2.

This election includes questions relating to our school districts and a sales tax to benefit the fire department. See the sample ballot (this was the election scheduled for April 7 but postponed). 

Free Plant Program
The Pilgrim Center is generously providing a free plant program to help nourish us and our environnent while at home. Visit either the Pilgrim Chapel gardens or the Pilgrim Labyrinth Butterfly Garden , and get two FREE, potted herb plants. The plants will be outside and clearly visible, no interaction needed. Get Involved in City Policymaking
Kansas City is partnering with LawMaker to pilot a new citywide civic engagement effort.  LawMaker  is a free online tool that gives KC residents an easy way to get involved in city policymaking. It’s also a great way for our government to hear new policy ideas directly from our residents.

Mayor Lucas is issuing a 30-day policymaking challenge to the entire city from June 1-June 30, 2020. The Challenge will focus on how we can make our city stronger after the coronavirus pandemic. For more info, go  here .
