Leave the Leaves to Save Pollinators
and Help the Soil!
The best thing we can do for our pollinators and other friendly insects, animals, and plants is to leave the leaves! Leaf litter has been home to these important critters for millennia and is necessary for survival and reproduction for so many butterflies, bees, beetles, moths, and more. Leaf litter also restores nutrients to your soil. Please consider not mowing or raking your yards and gardens to help nature do its work. Learn More.
