Visitation Update
We have zero COVID-19 cases among residents and staff in our community. Visitation will be held inside in our designated visitation area as the colder temperatures increase. You can schedule time with a loved one by completing our online pre-appointment questionnaire required by the DOH each time you would like to visit. You can always request to set up a Skype or window visit with a loved one by contacting Taylor Buonocore at tbuonocore@weinbergcampus.org, ext. 2447. You can also request more updates on your loved one by contacting Garden House Case Manager, Cindy Clark, at cclark@weinbergcampus.org, ext. 2448.
Visitation Guidance
With Thanksgiving right around the corner, the DOH has shared guidance discouraging residents from leaving Garden House for gatherings. This guidance aims to keep residents and staff safe and healthy while COVID cases are rising in Erie County.
If a resident must leave for a medically necessary appointment, the following safety protocols are recommended: wear a mask, use hand sanitizer, and practice social distancing.
As a reminder, any resident who leaves the facility is required by the DOH to quarantine for 10 days upon their return to Garden House. If you need to arrange for a resident to leave the facility, please contact Cindy Clark at cclark@weinbergcampus.org, ext. 2448.
