Next week we will be holding a safe and socially distanced Veterans Day parade around units to celebrate our heroes and will be offering many fun activities for all to enjoy.
Visitation Update
We have zero COVID-19 cases among residents and staff in our community. Visitation will be held inside in our designated visitation area as the colder temperatures increase. You can schedule time with a loved one by completing our online pre-appointment questionnaire required by the DOH each time you would like to visit. To read more about visiting hours and visitor protocols, click here.
You can always request to set up a Skype or window visit with a loved one by contacting Taylor Buonocore at tbuonocore@weinbergcampus.org, ext. 2447. You can also request more updates on your loved one by contacting Garden House Case Manager, Cindy Clark, at cclark@weinbergcampus.org, ext. 2448.
Visitation Guidance
In accordance with the New York State Department of Health (DOH) our visitation policy remains unchanged. The DOH advises that residents should only leave the facility for a medically necessary appointment.
With Thanksgiving right around the corner, we’d like to share guidance surrounding residents leaving Weinberg Campus to join family celebrations. To help keep residents and staff as safe and healthy as possible, the DOH discourages residents from leaving the facility in order to prevent potential spread of the virus. For visits that are medically necessary, residents continue to wear masks, use hand sanitizer, and practice social distancing.
As a reminder, any resident that leaves the facility will require to be quarantined for 10 days upon their return to Weinberg Campus per the DOH guidance. Please contact Cindy Clark at cclark@weinbergcampus.org, ext. 2448, so that arrangements can be made if you choose to take a resident out of the facility.
We appreciate your understanding that COVID-19 is something that we take very seriously. Our goal is to ensure that everyone remains safe and healthy.
