Kick Off Spring with The Maine Flower Show
The Maine Flower Show is taking place NOW at Thompson’s Point in Portland. This inspirational event keeps getting bigger and better every year. The show’s 2019 theme, "A Walk in Maine", features garden displays that pay tribute to the unique sights, sounds, and natural beauty that characterize our great state.

In addition to gorgeous landscape exhibits, there are over 100 vendors offering a range of products and services including plants, hardscape, arbor and garden supplies.

The seminar series continues to grow in popularity, led by regional horticulture experts.

I will be speaking this morning (Thursday, March 28th) at 10:30am and presenting "Powerhouse Perennials that Work Overtime So You Don’t!". Discover dozens of no-fuss, pollinator friendly plants that will be hardy in Zones 5 or colder.

Then on Sunday, March 31st at 1:30pm , Tom Estabrook will speak on "Landscaping - How It Affects Home Values and Adds Happiness to Our Lives". Check out the Maine Flower Show website for a complete list of lectures .
