As you may know, Vice-President Mike Pence visited Fincantieri Marine Group (Marinette Marine) last Wednesday. His secure motorcade route passed Garfield School: GF staff brought the students outside to view the passing motorcade. In an unexpected turn of events, the students had a once-in-a-lifetime social studies experience when the Vice-President exited his motorcade to shake hands and say hello to our students.
