Temporary Parklets Program
The City of Garland is allowing business owners to develop temporary "parklets" on privately owned property.

Temporary parklets are a great way to provide public seating platforms by transforming urban streetscapes into vibrant gathering spaces to promote local businesses and attract customers. Eye-catching parklets increase foot traffic, encourage pedestrian safety and activity, and provide potential overflow space for businesses.
