Spagnoli Family Cancer Center at Garnet Health Medical Center is hosting free yoga classes for patients currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiation for any type of cancer, as well as those within six months of completing treatment. Participants do not need to be a Garnet Health patient to register. 

Yoga sessions can help cancer patients reduce stress, anxiety, and fatigue, while also supporting their overall physical and emotional well-being during treatment.

The program will take place on the second Tuesday and second Thursday of each month, starting in January and running through December.

Garnet Health Doctors will host a FREE Aquablation Therapy awareness event on Thursday, January 22, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the Middletown Thrall Library located at 11-19 Depot Street, Middletown, NY 10940. 

Attendees will learn how Aquablation Therapy compares to other treatment options, the benefits it offers, and why it is becoming a preferred treatment option for men with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).

This informative event is open to the public and designed to empower men with the knowledge about effective BPH management.
