Garnet Health Hosts Yoga Classes
For Cancer Patients 🧘♀️🙏

Spagnoli Family Cancer Center at Garnet Health Medical Center is hosting free yoga classes for patients currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiation for any type of cancer, as well as those within six months of completing treatment. Participants do not need to be a Garnet Health patient to register.
Yoga sessions can help cancer patients reduce stress, anxiety, and fatigue, while also supporting their overall physical and emotional well-being during treatment.
The program will take place on the second Tuesday and second Thursday of each month, starting in January and running through December.
