Our next efforts are going to be to work with various government entities (City, County, Metro and State) to see how we can move quickly towards a ban on gas-powered leaf blowers. We should have a petition ready for you to sign and share very soon.

Thanks for your interest in this topic. Solving it will make our world healthier and quieter. We believe we're already having some success locally - let's keep up the pressure and help workers who use these machines find alternatives so they live longer, happier, healthier lives!

We'll be in touch, soon - in the meantime, feel free to share any articles you find on social media - such as Nextdoor.com - where your neighbors will be interested to learn about this issue. If you need encouragement, please just write back!

Take care,

Albert Kaufman, Quiet Clean PDX!
