  • As you are all aware we now have 24/7 security service.
  • If you do not have a bar code on your vehicle, please contact resident services.
  • All guests and visitors must report to the guardhouse.
  • You can log in your guests or visitors via the app or desktop.
  • Please see below for directions on how to download and use the app, or desktop version.
  • The kiosk at the entrance is redundant, you do not need to input a code.
  • This will be replaced at a later date when the new Board best determines how to move forward with software needs.
  • Please bear with us as we navigate our way through the next few weeks and deal with some of the 'teething problems.'
  • Please remind your guests/visitors to allow for extra time, as there will be times when they will have to wait in line to gain access, especially during peak times during the day - 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.
  • There is no need to call in or register deliveries, such as USPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc.,
  • We are aware of issues with the resident gate staying open.
  • Ramco are aware of this are reprogramming that gate to stay closed.
  • As of writing this email I have not had confirmation that this has happened.
  • There is no need to email the HOA with regards to this issue.
