Dear Valencia Bonita Homeowners,
- As you are all aware we now have 24/7 security service.
- If you do not have a bar code on your vehicle, please contact resident services.
- All guests and visitors must report to the guardhouse.
- You can log in your guests or visitors via the app or desktop.
- Please see below for directions on how to download and use the app, or desktop version.
- The kiosk at the entrance is redundant, you do not need to input a code.
- This will be replaced at a later date when the new Board best determines how to move forward with software needs.
- Please bear with us as we navigate our way through the next few weeks and deal with some of the 'teething problems.'
- Please remind your guests/visitors to allow for extra time, as there will be times when they will have to wait in line to gain access, especially during peak times during the day - 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.
- There is no need to call in or register deliveries, such as USPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc.,
- We are aware of issues with the resident gate staying open.
- Ramco are aware of this are reprogramming that gate to stay closed.
- As of writing this email I have not had confirmation that this has happened.
- There is no need to email the HOA with regards to this issue.
