As you know, the Board of Directors in conjunction with the Gate Access Committee has voted to install a barrier gate arm at the front entrance on both the resident lane and visitor lane. With that, please see below information:

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE

Phase 1 & 2 of the installation has been completed and we are in the final phase of the gate installation.

Tuesday, October 17

• Resident Lane will be CLOSED for the installation of the barrier control system and gate arm
• The below traffic pattern will be implemented.
• Officer(s) will be present to assist in traffic control

Wednesday, October 18

• Visitor Lane will be CLOSED for the installation of the barrier control system and gate arm
• The below traffic pattern will be implemented.
• Officer(s) will be present to assist in traffic control
