Management Update

Helpful Reminders: Trash Pick-Up

Trash is collected once a week on Wednesday. Recycle is collected every other Wednesday.
Household trash may be in customer owned cans or disposable bags or boxes.
Containers may not weigh more than 50 lbs when filled.
All recyclables must be placed inside the blue 95-gallon recycle cart.
All trash containers must be stored out of view, except on collection days.
Always use heavy bags or appropriate containers that are properly, and adequately secured for all of your trash disposal so that litter and debris is not strewn about the community.

Q2 Entourage All Star

Congrats to our 2nd Quarter Events Entourage ALL STAR Aiden Pena!!! You've been a HUGE help this summer, especially for our Kid's Club Summer Shenanigans.

It was a super close race this quarter! This group is truly AMAZING and they all do a great job contributing to the success of our events at Gateway Parks!

Lifestyle Photo Shoot - Participants Needed

The marketing agency for Gateway Parks has rescheduled a photo shoot on-site for next Saturday, July 13th beginning at 8:30 a.m. with coffee and donuts.

They are looking for residents interested in being photographed in various settings such as pool shots, sidewalk strolling, or grilling in the picnic area. The images will be used to represent community lifestyle in future marketing.

If you are interested, please email Kelly Hanson by Wednesday 7/10 with your availibility. Morning and afternoon times are available.
