Good Catch & Near Miss Program
Situational awareness and an eye for safety are the foundation of employee wellness at Casella Construction. The Good Catch & Near Miss Program recognizes employees who take action to keep us all safe.

A Near Miss is an event that’s been recognized in which no employee is injured, or property damage is sustained, but could have given a slight change in variables.

A Good Catch is the recognition by an employee of a situation or condition that had the potential to become an incident but did not due to corrective action taken and/or prompt intervention.
Congrats Hall Family!
For those who haven’t heard the good news yet, our Accounting Manager Brittany Hall, husband Phil, and big brother Jackson welcomed twins into their lives a few weeks ago!

“Lincoln Stuart and Harrison Stanley were both born Saturday afternoon, December 12, 2020. So far, they are perfectly perfect. We are so in love. Thanks to our family for their support and to the doctors and nurses at RRMC for making this another amazing birthing experience for us. Welcome to the world, Hall boys!”
