Happy Spring!

As we edge closer to the start of a new season, there’s a real sense of excitement building amongst Stony Lakers! Memberships for both SLYC and ASLC for summer 2026 are available, and registrations for junior sailing programs continue to flood in. Speaking of flooding, the water levels are very high this year, so we urge you to check on your properties and shoreline areas to ensure boats and docks are secure. Over the coming weeks, we’ll be gearing up to get the club in shape for Summer 2026. Stay tuned for upcoming volunteer opportunities. It’s a great way to reconnect with friends, lend a hand, and help set the stage for another fantastic 2026 season on Juniper Island!

Important Note on Membership Information and Age

It has come to our attention that some members may have adjusted the year of birth for themselves or their children to qualify for a different membership category or access specific programming.

To ensure fairness and accuracy, the Date of Birth field will soon become uneditable. If you have inadvertently entered an incorrect birth year, please update it no later than

May 1, 2026.

If correcting this information impacts your child’s eligibility for programming and you have concerns, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your situation.
