BELLE CHASSE, LA. - GeauxPass is establishing a local customer service center for tolling customers of the Belle Chasse Bridge in Building 600 on the Plaquemines Parish Government Campus at 333 F. Edward Hebert Blvd in Belle Chasse.
The customer service center will be open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for three months beginning Friday, Oct. 10.
The center will accept cash, checks, and debit and credit card payments. Customers can set up and fund accounts, acquire toll transponders, submit documentation for rate discounts, and review account issues and questions with a customer service agent.
