Shemot 12:2
הַחֹדֶשׁ הַזֶּה לָכֶם, רֹאשׁ חֳדָשִׁים: רִאשׁוֹן הוּא לָכֶם, לְחָדְשֵׁי הַשָּׁנָה.
Translation:
This month shall be unto you the beginning of months; it shall be the first month of the year to you.

Transliteration:
HaChodesh Hazeh LaChem, Rosh Chadishim: Rishon Hu LaChem, LeChadshai HaShanah.

104 connects to the Hebrew word damcham which translates as "our blood". As well as the word LaAd which translates "to witness".

Regular gematria is 791. 791 is the gematria of the Hebrew word that translates as "and salvation" .

Final Letter Gematria
2551 is The final letter gematria. The verses in the Tanach with a gematria of 2551 are Genesis 2:11 - Exodus 34:31 - Deuteronomy 14:16 - Judges 11:16 and others.
Small Gematria:
35 is the small gematria. 35 is the gematria of the Hebrew word that translate as "and Hand of Yah"
