Monique Lamoureux-Morando and Jocelyne Lamoureux-Davidson are three-time Olympians winning silver in 2010 and 2014, and most recently capturing the gold in the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang. They are committed to utilizing their platform as athletes to be a part of the more important conversation surrounding gender equality, equal opportunity, and inclusion.

Join us on Monday, October 8, 2018 at 7pm at the Woodfield Hyatt in Schaumburg for an informational seminar on college hockey and what it takes to get there. Topics that will be covered include: NCAA & ACHA Hockey, Making a College Team, Importance of Grades & Career Path, Chicago Blackhawks Alumni Scholarship Program, USA Hockey Camps & Festivals and the America's Showcase.

Celebrate World Girls' Ice Hockey Weekend with the Blackhawks at MB Ice Arena!
Help us celebrate World Girls' Ice Hockey Weekend at MB Ice Arena on Saturday, Oct. 6! We are inviting ALL girls ages 4-14 to skate on the Blackhawks practice ice, tour the Blackhawks Locker Room and watch the Blackhawks take on the St. Louis Blues on the road in the Blackhawks weight room.

Metro Girls League Kicks Off
2018-19 Season

By Pam Flores - The Metro Girls High School league regular season kicked off on September 20 and teams have booked their tiering round games! This year we have 14 teams in the Metro Girls League (one more than last year!). The new team is the District 211-214 girls’ team. The other teams competing will include: Barrington, Evanston, Fenwick, Glenbrook, Lake Forest Academy, Lake Forest High School, Latin School of Chicago Blue, Latin School of Chicago Orange, Loyola Academy, Maine Township, Naper Valley, New Trier Varsity and Warren.

2019 Central District Championships
USA Hockey's Central District has announced that both the Youth and Girls Central District Championships will be held March 15-17, 2019, at the St. Peters Rec-Plex in St. Peters, Missouri. Please click HERE for details on hotel information and tournament registration.
USA Hockey Central District Girls' National Select Camp & Central District Girls' Development Camp Information
USA Hockey's Central District Girls' Tryout for 2019 will be held at the Fond du Lac Blue Line Family Ice Center in Fond du Lac, WI March 22-24, 2019. All USA Hockey registered female skaters that wish to try out for USA Hockey National Select Camps as well as the Central District Development Camp MUST attend this tryout to be evaluated. This is an OPEN camp; any female residing in the Central District is eligible to participate. Last year, over 395 girls participated in the tryout. The Chicago Blackhawks ServICE Crew is designed to encourage youth ages 8-18 to take an active role in their community by volunteering and giving back.
