We are seeking proposals that will enhance the intergenerational field's capacity for developing programs and policies that benefit individuals of all ages, strengthen families, and build more cohesive and caring communities throughout the world. Submit a proposal today. Additionally, you can help us spread the word by visiting our Social Media Toolkit for sample Facebook posts, tweets and newsletter items. You can also share our conference flyer through your networks. (Download a printable flyer here.) Generations United's Shout Out to the Kinship Services Network who Did Something Grand
When we closed Grandparents Day/Week, we suggested visiting GrandparentsDay.org for ideas on how to Do Something Grand all-year long. We also asked for stories of how you celebrated the grandparents or grandfriends in your life. Last week, the Juvenile Welfare Board's JWB-TV posted a news segment on the Grandparents Day events its Kinship Services Network hosted in Tampa, Florida. Watch the video. You can still share your Grandparents Day stories. Let us know how you Did Something Grand!
