Intergenerational Music Therapy
University of Louisville's faculty recently conducted an innovative intergenerational research study using music therapy. They brought together three year olds and elders with cognitive impairments including dementia and Alzheimer's for a three-month, semi-weekly program focused on movement and literacy.
