Family First Prevention Services Act Update

Yesterday, in response to objections from a few senators, the Family First Prevention Services Act was removed from the 21st Century Cures Act, the vehicle that bipartisan leaders hoped would move the Family First Act forward. The future of the legislation is uncertain. If you would like to receive timely updates about grandfamilies legislation, please email Adam Otto.
