Generosity abounds in Duluth

Today we thank two generous supporters of the HF Duluth Food Pantry in Georgia

McKesson

McKesson, a global company with local operations in the greater Atlanta area, gave the HF Duluth Food Pantry nearly 400 boxes of food for our families!

Each box was hand packed by McKesson employees for partners like the HF Duluth Food Pantry. The boxes of staples, canned goods, and milk came complete with a recipe book for quick-prep healthy meals and sides.

Our team, volunteers, and clients thank McKesson for their partnership and support.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints sent 20,000 pounds of food!

Beans, pasta, soup, canned veggies, flour, applesauce, and more were immediately sorted into crates for our next family pickup. The rest was organized to be added to our offerings for the rest of the year.

The Church of Jesus Christ has granted our pantry in-kind food donations before, and we are so grateful for this recent support.

Physician needed to give the Gift of Health

Gift of Health medical missions provide direct care to patients and offer learning opportunities for pre-med and medical students.

We are seeking a volunteer physician as U.S. medical lead on the next mission to Guatemala, December 17th-23rd, 2025. Other medical professionals are welcome to join the mission too!



Students plan the mission to serve hundreds of patients in underserved communities with the HFUSA Global Health, Doctors4Humanity, and HF in-country teams Students work at clinics and shadow U.S. and local doctors to observe quality care in low-resource settings.

On October 9th, Humanity First USA honored World Sight Day, We celebrate the people who have trusted Humanity First USA to restore their sight and the dedicated medical professionals who care daily for patients' eye health.

People like Wolfgang, who lost his job due to poor vision. His surgery at Nasir Hospital during our Gift of Sight mission last May gave him renewed hope for the future.
