First and foremost, we want to thank you for your relationship and business with GenoaBank. Because of you, GenoaBank has been able to serve our shared communities and customers for over 115 years. 

I am excited to announce all of our branch lobbies will reopen starting Tuesday, May 26, 2020 . Please note, our branch operations will be adjusted to comply with reopening guidelines set forth by our Governor. 

At GenoaBank, protecting the health of our customers and our employees remains a top priority . We strongly encourage Bank by Appointment . If you need to set-up a time to speak with a branch manager, a mortgage originator, or commercial lender, click here for a list of our offices and direct phone numbers. We are here to serve you . Please note, other contactless options available include our drive-thru and online/mobile banking.

However, should you need to enter the branch, you will notice a checklist which includes:  

· If you have a fever or are feeling sick, please do not enter.
· Face coverings are recommended, but you may be asked to briefly lower
your face covering for identification purposes.
· Maintain proper social distance of 6-feet from others.
·  Special Hours for Senior and High-Risk Customers
These hours will be offered Monday - Saturday 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM
·  NEW Capacity Limits
If the door is locked during normal business hours, please wait on the
markers outside until asked to enter.
· Sanitation stations will be provided prior to entering the lobby. Please note, all
customer service areas will be sanitized between each customer.
These are temporary guidelines and we will make adjustments as needed.
We will continue to post operational updates as needed.

For Mobile Deposit : Login to your Online Banking and send us a secure e-mail. In your message, be sure to request Mobile Deposit. Once processed you will receive a welcome message back via your secure e-mail.
