For the first time since its inaugural year in 2013, the Georgia Elite Classic will be televised this year. The Junior-Senior All-Star Game at noon on Sunday, Dec. 20, will be shown on Peachtree TV, followed by the matchup between the freshmen and sophomores. Matt Stewart and Rusty Mansell, the lead announcing team for the Corky Kell Classic, will be in the TV booth for both games at Rome’s Barron Stadium. PeachtreeTV is the original Superstation and is the sister channel of CBS46. The two games are expected to draw some of the top talent in the state. Meanwhile, Mansell, who is with 247Sports, will continue sending out high school invitations this week for the Classic. If you receive an invite, click here to register.
