Cintas is the leading supplier of work apparel and facilities services such as entrance mats and cleaning services. Their fully automated industrial laundering facility will show the daily unloading and automated intake of uniforms, weight controlled intake, wash alley and dryers, 8 point inspection stations, steam tunnels, finishing & repair process, bagging and loading, and their $3 million stockroom.

Veterans Resources Lunch & Learn - May 9 - Atlanta
Learn about the resources that are available to help our veterans with housing, counseling, education and tax incentives that will help them transition from the war zone back to the workplace. GMA is committed to supporting our veteran community, and we are developing a dedicated group that can share these resources with others. A tour of the Veterans Empowerment Organization (VEO) will follow the Lunch & Learn.

Synergy Solutions Plant Tour - May 16 - Cordele (10:30am - 12:30pm)
This 52-acre waste management complex, includes an ethanol plant, a waste processing/recycling facility, and a research & development lab. They provide 100% landfill-free recycling to manufacturers and distributors of unsalable sugar-based products, soft drinks, distilled spirits, molasses and candy. These products are "de-packaged" and the liquid is processed into a 100% renewable biofuel.

Chickmate Plant Tour - May 17 - Buchanan (Morning Tour)
Chickmate feeders came from an idea by a progressive thinking farmer, Pat Awalt, who invented a chick feed dispenser that "automatically" feeds the young birds. Manufactured from high-quality plastics, Chickmate produces 7 models of feed dispensers and 3 feed pan models for commercial chicken houses and are distributed worldwide. Attendees will see the complete process of injection molding from raw material to the finished product.
