The Walton County Commission recognized Chairman Kevin Little at his last commission meeting on Tuesday. Chairman Little who was elected in 2000 and served five terms, is retiring at the end of the year. During his tenure, the county has grown from approximately 60,000 to 100,000 residents, planned for future water needs through the building of Hard Labor Creek Reservoir and seen strong economic growth. Chairman Little also served as ACCG President in 2014. His family joined him to celebrate his accomplishments at his final meeting.
