Congratulations to the World Series Champion Atlanta Braves!
Across the State of Georgia, people celebrated the 2021 World Series Champion Atlanta Braves with a two-part parade on Friday. The parade started in downtown Atlanta and transitioned to Cobb County with a celebration at Truist Park. Cobb County public safety staff were among those that helped in planning and executing the behind the scenes logistics for the huge crowds that came out for the playoff and World Series games and post-season celebrations. ACCG Deputy Legislative Director Todd Edwards joined in the fun and watched the parade from just outside ACCG's office on Peachtree Street.
