Amy’s experience includes working in large and small private practices, academic facilities as well as with hospital-based physicians. Vicki Myckowiak is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and The National Law Center at George Washington University. Ms. Myckowiak is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association, the American Health Law Association, and the Health Care Compliance Association.
Ms. Myckowiak has been practicing healthcare law for over 35 years and focuses her practice on representing interventional pain practices on issues including compliance programs, Medicare audits, commercial payor audits, contracting, informed consent, HIPAA, fraud and abuse investigations, reimbursement, and third party payor coverage issues. Ms. Myckowiak also works extensively with third party billing companies. Ms. Myckowiak frequently writes and speaks on trends in health care law including fraud and abuse, government enforcement efforts and regulatory initiatives, contracts, audits, and compliance programs.
