2025 Scholarship

New Jersey REALTORS® Educational Foundation offers annual scholarships to help students meet the costs of higher education. Criteria for selection include academic achievements, financial need, interest in real estate endeavors, and contributions to family, school and communities.

New Member Orientation and Code of Ethics Training

Mandatory New Member Orientation. Must be completed within 90 days of joining the Sussex County Association of REALTORS®; in order to maintain your membership. Held once per quarter on the 2nd Friday of the month every Quarter from 8:30-3:30pm. Breakfast and lunch is provided. Cost is FREE (New Members Only) 



Not a new member, but want to earn 3 CE credits??? Sign up for just the Code of Ethics training from 12:30-3:30. Cost: $5

Commercial Lending 4CEU's

This course will give you the basics of Commercial Lending. You will learn the differences between a residential and commercial loans, the different programs available for commercial lending and how to qualify someone for a commercial loan. Also covered is the way loans are structured and what a term sheet looks like. At the conclusion of this course, you will have a good handle on how commercial financing works.
