When you apply online, the system will prompt you to complete each phase. Once you receive conditional approval, you will be prompted to set an appointment. Just choose an appointment at Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport during the two week event period, and you can complete the process at that time.

You must have a passport to enroll in Global Entry. Please be sure you bring it with you for your appointment. If granted Global Entry status, you automatically get TSA PreCheck too.

When you arrive at the airport, park in the hourly section of the parking deck. The event will be held in Meeting Room A, which is located on the lower level of the terminal. When facing the terminal, Meeting Room A is on the left hand side of the building, past Bag Claim #1.
