Still Us Foundation News & Events

June 2026

Still Contributing Garden Work Day Saturday, June 6 | 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

If care partners would like to bring a loved one with brain change to work in our new Still Contributing Garden, or if you would like to volunteer, we’d love to have you join in the fun, fellowship and gardening work to transform our new raised beds, generously donated by Sandhills/Moore Coalition for Human Care.

We have 19 raised beds to plant and maintain, located at 1500 W. Indiana Ave., Southern Pines. Parking is available at the Coalition and also along Indiana Ave.

Restroom facilities are onsite and available. Dress appropriately for the weather and working in the garden, and stay for as little or as long as you wish.

What to bring:

  •   Gardening tools
  •   Any plants you’d like to plant
  •   Water bottle (we will have coolers and water available)
  •   A smile and your helping hands
