Mandatory New Member Orientation

Must be completed within 90 days of joining the Sussex County Association of REALTORS®; in order to maintain your membership. Held once per quarter on the 2nd Friday of the month every quarter from 8:30-3:30pm. Breakfast and lunch is provided.

Cost is FREE (New Members Only) 

Not a new member, but want to earn 3 CE credits??? Sign up for just the Code of Ethics training from 12:00-3:30.

REALTORS® Care Day - Bringing Joy to Sussex Seniors

The Sussex County Association of REALTORS® will be joining forces with Bentley Assisted Living, Bristol Glen and Homestead Nursing Home, to visit with some of their Senior assisted living residents. We will be working on a Fall Craft and giving them our love and companionship. Volunteer to help, donate items from our wish list, or make a monetary donation and help us provide a craft supplies.

Basics of Commercial Lending : 4 Elective Credits

This course will give you the basics of Commercial Lending. You will learn the differences between a residential and commercial loans, the different programs available for commercial lending and how to qualify someone for a commercial loan. Also covered is the way loans are structured and what a term sheet looks like. At the conclusion of this course, you will have a good handle on how commercial financing works.

REALTOR® Safety Day Fair-EARN 3 CEU's

The Sussex County Association of REALTORS® is proud to host The Safety Day Fair at the Franklin American Legion Post 132!!!

Start your morning by earning 3 Elective credits at Putting REALTOR® Safety First: Safety Strategies for the Modern REALTOR®. This course is designed to instill safety awareness and habits as second nature so that real estate professionals—as well as their clients and customers—know how to avert or respond to dangerous situations and avoid harm as they practice their profession.

After the class we will break for lunch, check out safety vendors and hear from local law enforcement about the legality of of carrying personal defense items and firearms.
