"Covid!! We want to come to shul, but we aren't comfortable. What can we do to stay involved?"

We've heard this and similar questions from some of you. We want our members to be involved, committed to and invested in the shul. Etz Chaim is offering a lot of opportunities for you to stay connected, even if you aren't ready to return to shul in person. They include:

1. Every Tuesday morning, join Rabbi Klibanoff for a [45 min] Parsha Shiur via zoom and in person if you wish.

2. Every Tuesday evening, join Rabbi Klibanoff for a Talmud Shiur on Zoom. The subject is Masechet Megillah and all the laws of Purim. No prior Talmud background is needed.

2. Weekly Torah Talk with Rabbi Bernstein - Reach out and schedule a one on one or small group lesson with the Rabbi

3. Join the book club and engage in a conversation with other members about the book and possibly more!

4. Look out for special events.  This Thursday, sign up to join Family Trivia Night. Not only will you be entertained, but you will get to see so many of the familiar faces you have been missing!

5.  Every Friday, listen to Rabbi Klibanoff's Divrei Torahpractically a one-on-one weekly lesson with the Rabbi. The topics are enlightening and thought provoking.

6. Weekly Torah for the Table – Enjoy Rabbi Bernstein’s Divrei Torah that goes out with the weekly newsletter. Print it out and share it with the family at the Shabbos Table. It’s a great way to bring Torah into your home when you can’t make it to Shul.

7. The Board is always looking to the future, assessing new and different ways to create opportunity for the shul. If you have time and a particular area of expertise, or just want an opportunity to be part of something great, the board presidents invite you to volunteer to join a working group.
