GET INVOLVED WITH THE FRA Q&A FORUM
We know that redevelopment in Florida is so dynamic and we all need help from time to time.

The MyFRA member forum exists to help you be as knowledgeable as possible in preparation for the challenges your team may face. Each week dozens of members actively post topics or questions to the forum to create engaging conversations and seek assistance from other professionals.

Here are the latest questions:

Does anyone have an interlocal agreement authorizing the staff of one redevelopment district to act as the staff of a newly formed district until that district has TIF revenue to hire its own staff?

I’m looking for TIF funded residential improvement grants, please let me if you have them and if you can send me the link where I could find the program details I would greatly appreciate it!

I am looking for any CRAs that have an agreement with a separate entity, such as a not-for-profit corporation, which implements redevelopment activities on behalf of the CRA.
