ICYMI, the Reaching At Promise Students Association (RAPSA) relaunched in 2024 with new and increased member services, new leadership, and new national professional development opportunities.

• Access to National Workforce Development Partners: We partner with workforce development organizations such as US Job Corps, Conservation Corps, and YouthBuild. These organizations are leaders in providing educational services and training to schools, educators and students to support their education and employment goals.

RAPSA has been a change agent in the alternative education space for nearly 17 years. Originating from a need to address the challenges faced by at-promise youth within traditional education systems.

RAPSA continues to evolve and has actively engaged with and impacted more than 7,700 schools and educators across the nation.

• Contribute to and provide a unified voice for students in alternative and non-traditional schools to promote shared understanding and support with state agencies, policy influencers, and school districts.
